About the role

We seek an enthusiastic Customer Services Operator to join our vibrant Results department in Macquarie Park. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:

Answering - inbound and outbound calls to provide results to key stakeholders, such as doctors’ rooms

Delivers exceptional customer service in a fast-paced health environment

Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly

Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required

Open to working rostered full time or part time hours Monday to Sunday.

Evening and weekend shifts. The successful applicant must be available to work regular evening weekday shifts up until 10pm with the option of covering weekday midnight shifts for relief when needed.

Hard-working, motivated individual with a strong work ethic.

Strong attention to detail with good time management skills
