About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide expert operational and professional leadership, management, and strategic direction for a multi-site Respiratory Clinical Measurement service, including the development, maintenance, and implementation of Metro North Health (MNH) and statewide clinical data systems for Respiratory Clinical Measurements.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide operational and professional management of the Respiratory Clinical Measurements Health Practitioners at TPCH, Redcliffe Hospital, Caboolture Hospital, and the Urban Respiratory Outreach Clinic (UROC) program including workforce management, training, and education.
- Lead the development of evidenced-based models of care to meet current and projected service demands.
- Apply expert skills and knowledge of contemporary Respiratory Clinical Measurements practice for complex clinical presentations, in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Demonstrate expert communication skills to align the service vision, direction, and ethical framework of the Respiratory Investigations multidisciplinary team with MNH and statewide strategic priorities.
