This is an opportunity to join a strong team with solid systems and a clear plan for growth. They’re looking for a capable, experienced family lawyer to join as a Special Counsel.

The position offers genuine autonomy. You'll run your own matters independently, with full support from experienced admin and paralegal staff who know how to keep a practice moving. You'll work across both property and parenting matters, with asset pools ranging from modest to $70 million. They set a daily billing target of 6 hours and are transparent about expectations – because that’s how trust is built.

You’ll need to be based in Sydney, to attend court if required. Beyond that, your work location is up to you. You can work remotely as many days as you like but if you’d like a more permanent office arrangement, they’ll support that. They’re flexible because they trust the people they hire.

You’ll be joining a warm, all-female team that meets online each morning and genuinely supports one another. They're open to partnership conversations and encourage Specialist Accreditation for those interested.
