Receptionist – Maternity Leave Contract (Immediate Start)
Join Our Friendly Private Practice Team in Manly

We are seeking a warm, professional, and reliable Receptionist to join our private practice in Manly on a maternity leave contract.

This exciting opportunity is available for an immediate start and will run for approximately 10 months, with the contract expected to conclude in April 2026. The position is for four days per week.

You’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, supporting both clients and clinicians in a calm, organised environment.

This is a busy, fast-paced position where you will have the opportunity to enhance your dental knowledge and skills with the support of our experienced management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional dental care and outstanding customer service to our patients

Answer telephone calls and manage patient inquiries

Schedule patient appointments and manage bookings

Provide administrative support and assist with clinic and surgery cleaning

Greet and welcome patients upon arrival

Manage patient invoicing and accounts

Assist with our patient recall systems

Reprocess instruments and follow sterilization procedures

What We Are Looking For:

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Certificate III in Dental Assisting, with at least 1+ years of dental assisting experience (candidates with less experience may still be considered)

Experience with Exact is preferred

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
