Key Responsibilities:

As a Site Coordinator at One Stop Joinery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Joinery Background/ Knowledge: Utilize your expertise in Joinery to understand project requirements thoroughly.
• Travel between Brisbane and the Gold Coast in a company vehicle
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
• Effective Communication: Liaise with all involved parties, including sub-contractors, site managers, and clients, while maintaining clear and open communication channels. You should be confident and proactive in answering phone calls promptly.
• Project Team Leadership: Motivate and drive your Joinery Site Team to achieve project targets on time and within budget.
• OH&S Policies: Demonstrate a strong understanding of site-related Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policies and ensure compliance on all projects.
• Project Plans: Read and collaborate with the Team Project Manager to prepare and execute Joinery Plans accurately.
• Detailed Site Measures: Conduct precise site measures, capturing photos and reports to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Inspection and Hand Over Reports: Create thorough electronic inspection and handover reports to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Site Scheduling: Coordinate site scheduling in collaboration with the Production Manager to streamline project timelines.
• Quality Assurance (QA) Inspections: Oversee and complete QA inspections to maintain our commitment to exceptional quality.
• Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple sites simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
• Progress Reporting: Present weekly progress reports to Management, keeping them informed about project developments.
