What we want:
We currently have a position in our busy, modern Car Service Department for a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities include:
- Excellent Customer Service including administrative duties
- Work with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Communication with clients about vehicle concerns, insurance and warranty questions
- Pre-cost customer repair orders
- Assist our fantastic service team as required in other service department duties
What you have:
- The ability to take on a challenge, own it and solve it
- Strong customer service skills & experience in a busy work environment
- Experience using Microsoft 360
- Well-developed communication skills, written and verbal
- Great telephone skills assisting our customers, your colleagues and manufacturers
- Able to prioritise your work and meet deadlines
- Current drivers’ licence (desirable)
- Experience and/or interest in the automotive industry (desirable)

The hours are 38 per week, Monday to Friday only, weekends are all yours!
Due to the nature of this position, punctuality and reliability are essential.
