What you’ll be responsible for:

E-commerce strategy and growth

Plan and implement strategies to increase online sales

Identify opportunities to grow traffic, conversions and revenue

Manage targets and support business growth goals

Website management

Oversee the daily performance of our Shopify website

Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and stock updates

Maintain strong site navigation and customer experience

Work with the creative team to keep content up to date

Apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility

Marketing and campaigns

Support seasonal campaigns, promotions and launches

Help build and grow our email marketing list

Coordinate EDMs and ensure timely sends

Run basic A/B tests and report on conversion results

Data and performance tracking

Use GA4, Search Console and other tools to monitor traffic and sales

Report on key e-commerce metrics

Provide insights and suggest improvements based on data

Customer experience and retention

Improve the customer journey from first click to checkout

Liaise with customer service to resolve order-related queries

Support repeat business through retention strategies

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar e-commerce role

Confident using Shopify and e-commerce tools

Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO and performance reporting

Highly organised with good attention to detail

Clear communicator who enjoys working in a small team

Strong problem-solving skills and a commercial mindset
