About the Role

We are seeking a talented Project Architect who can confidently lead and deliver projects from concept to completion. You’ll play a key role in design, documentation, team leadership, and client engagement, working on projects of varying scale and complexity.

The Ideal Candidate

Australian Registered Architect with at least 3+ years of experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Excellent Client management abilities, building client following and satisfaction

Design skills and passion for innovation, health and wellbeing

Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and clients

Skilled in consultant coordination and team leadership

Demonstrated experience in public projects

Proficiency in Revit, adobe, other relevant software

Deep commitment to sustainability and community-focused design

Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Dedication to delivering high-quality work on time

Key Responsibilities

Lead clear, proactive and positive communication and coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors across all phases of the project

Develop and present thoughtful, innovative design solutions

Lead client meetings and presentations confidently

Manage and mentor project teams, supporting a positive and collaborative culture

Oversee projects from inception through to handover
