As a Support Worker, you'll be a trusted companion and problem-solver, helping individuals maintain their dignity, independence, and connection to their communities

We are currently recruiting for the following:

Rosters may include:

• Permanent part time hours covering anywhere between 8am - 5pm (flexible to work with your availability).
• Majority of supports involves domestic cleaning in the customers homes
• Social outings for the customers wellbeing
• Personal care needed on occasion - training can be provided

What You'll Do:

• Support with daily living activities, including personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming), and mealtime management support.
• Assist with household tasks including domestic tasks, meal preparation, shopping, personal care and medication support.
• Help customers stay engaged with their families, friends, and local community.
• Think on your feet and find creative solutions to everyday challenges.

We offer on-the-job training and buddy shifts to help you pick up all the skills you need!

What You Need:

• Relevant Experience in cleaning or previous support work is desirable.
• Problem-solving skills and a calm, mature approach.
• A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain one).
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for meaningful work
