About the role

OCD Brilliance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The right candidate will be located within Osborne Park, WA or surrounding Northern areas. This part-time role will involve providing personalised care and support to individuals with disabilities or age-related needs, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

What you'll be doing

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and community events

Providing emotional support and engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote their wellbeing

Collaborating with the client's care team to develop and implement individualised support plans

Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure the highest standards of care

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in aged care, disability support, or a similar field

Experience in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with diverse needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives

Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
