Process Worker- Manufacturing industry

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Process Workers to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for various tasks involved in the processing of materials and products, ensuring quality and efficiency in production

Key Duties & Responsibilities will be:

1. Material Handling:

Load, unload, and transport materials to and from various production areas.

Ensure proper storage and packing of finished products.

2. Equipment Operation:

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Inspection and maintenance of power tools and equipment.

3. Production Line Support:

Assist in the assembly or production in various production area.

Monitor the production process for quality and efficiency.

4. Quality Control:

Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

Document and report any quality issues to supervisors/Team leader.

5. Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Participate in safety training and initiatives.

6. Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of production output and materials used.

Complete required Quality check documentation for production reports.

7. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues.

8. Training and Development:

Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in manufacturing processes.

Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies.

Essential Qualifications:

Experience in Sheet metal manufacturing

Basic computer literacy

Mechanical aptitude.

Attention to detail.

Good awareness of workplace health and safety

Current Fork lift license
