Civil Labourers with MR/HR License – Underground HV Cable Installation

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers with a valid MR truck licence (HR preferred) to join our team in a dual role involving both material delivery/removal and underground cable installation.

This position is ideal for candidates who are reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced civil infrastructure environment. The successful applicant will play a key role in the installation of underground high-voltage (HV) cables, as well as general civil tasks on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Transporting materials, debris equipment and tools to and from various work sites across Sydney

Assisting with the installation of underground HV electrical infrastructure

Performing civil labour duties such as trenching, backfilling, laying conduit and general site preparation

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to industry standards

Requirements:

Current MR truck licence (HR licence highly desirable) with proven driving experience

Construction Induction White Card

Previous experience in civil labouring or utility work preferred

Strong work ethic and willingness to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions

What We Offer:
