About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Labourer to join our team on a contract basis in Moss Vale, NSW (and Greater Sydney) As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful completion of critical infrastructure in the southern highlands region. This position offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative and growth-oriented organisation that is shaping the future of water management in Australia.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the construction and maintenance of water infrastructure, including pipelines

Operating a variety of hand and power tools, as well as light machinery and equipment, to complete tasks

Performing manual labour duties such as digging, lifting, loading and unloading materials

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Collaborating with the broader project team to deliver high-quality outcomes

Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Civil Labourer or in a similar construction/infrastructure role

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools, as well as light machinery

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
