The Role
We’re on the lookout for passionate, service-driven individuals to work across our food & beverage outlets, including the Rainforest Restaurant & Lounge Bar, Terrace Café, weddings, conferences and private events.

For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a Supervisor position—ideal for someone who demonstrates initiative, leadership potential, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Consistently deliver 5-star service with a "Yes, certainly!" attitude

Have a friendly, positive, and energetic personality

Are eager to learn and grow your skillset

Are flexible, reliable, and solutions-focused

Have immaculate grooming and presentation

Bring wine and cocktail knowledge (a bonus!)

Possess excellent time management and communication skills

Have previous experience in a la carte dining, café service, or events

Have full availability including weekends and evenings

Hold a current QLD RSA

Have a valid QLD driver’s licence and reliable transport
