An opportunity to join our Food & Beverage team with a Part time Supervisory position. Reporting directly to Food & Beverage Manager. A key role to lead and inspire a small team.

THE POSITION

We are looking for a positive, flexible food & beverage professional who is multiskilled and can work across different outlets. This is truly a hands-on position which requires an individual who has experience leading a team and delivering excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all customers are welcomed on arrival and farewell upon leaving
• Work across multiple outlets, including Restaurant, Banquets, bar, and in room dining.
• Assist to motivate, mentor, train and supervise the Food & Beverage team.
• Maintain standards in service across restaurant, bar and conferencing.
• Handling and resolving guest complaints.
• Overseeing general operations for food & beverage.
• Banquet operations - liaising with client, setup, service etc.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum 6 months previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor
• Previous experience with Micros would be advantageous
• Must have flexible availability to work afternoons and evenings including weekends and public holidays.
• Guarantee 24 hours per week
• A people person who is able to build rapport.
• Great attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task.
• Team player, ability to lead and motivate the team, being operationally hands on.
