Senior Accountant – Part Time | Tax + Advisory | Flexible Hours (we close at 3pm!) | Hybrid – Mornington VIC

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and capable senior accountant to join Goldi Group - a boutique accounting and advisory firm based in the heart of Mornington.

In this part-time role, you'll work closely with a small, supportive team delivering tax compliance and business advisory services to our business clients.

You'll enjoy full autonomy over your role, a beautiful office space, and genuinely flexible hours (we close at 3pm to support school pick-ups and work-life balance).

Key Responsibilities

· Preparation of Financial Statements & income tax returns (companies, sole traders, individuals within business groups)

· Prepare & lodge FBT returns

· BAS and tax compliance

· Tax planning and advisory

· Supporting with business advisory

· Liaising directly with clients and supporting them with queries

What We're Looking For

· 5–7 years of accounting and tax compliance experience in public practice

· Proficiency in Xero Tax and cloud-based accounting systems

· Strong understanding of Australian tax legislation

· Excellent communication skills and client relationship experience

· Comfortable managing your own workflow and deadlines independently

· A proactive, thoughtful team player who enjoys working directly with business owners
