Chartered Accounting practice in South Yarra with a sophisticated client base seeking strong and technically confident Senior Accountant to work closely with a Senior Partner.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a strong and proven Senior Business Services Accountant who will play a pivotal role in working within the Partner's sophisticated client base. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong technical skills, an ability to mentor and motivate staff and effectively manage client relationships. Your portfolio of clients include are diverse mix of industry sectors such as high net worth individuals, manufacturing, property developers, construction and professional services.

You will be challenged with tax advisory engagements in addition to compliance work, which will ensure you continue to develop your expertise. You must be able to work autonomously and be able to get the job done. You are ambitious, self motivated and tolerant of others. You must be able to lead others and present excellent communication skills. You will be provided with ongoing training and support for your career development, supported by a professional team.

You will be CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 7 years experience and a track record of success within public practice. Experience with Xero PM will also be held with high regard.
