Porter Commercial is a multi-disciplined Commercial Real Estate Agency providing services in the field of Asset Management, Investment Consultancy, Leasing and Project Development.

Our Property Management Division is a highly trained and experienced Team providing quality management services to a select clientele of Private Investors.

We seek a suitably experienced and skilled person to join our Property Management Support Team to provide both accounts and secretarial support. This is a pivotal role within our organisation and will require the Team Member to attend to receipting, accounts payable and end of month financial reporting in our management system.

You will need to be highly organised with competent computation and secretarial skills and able to work in a Team environment. Experience with the Cirrus8 Management System will be an advantage however not essential, as we are prepared to provide onsite training.

This role is flexible and may either be part-time or full-time with hours tailored to be school friendly.

This will be a permanent role, paying a salary range dependent upon experience of $45.00 to $50.00 per hour plus superannuation and usual leave entitlements.
