As we roll out our IT & Systems Plan, we’re taking a big step forward in how we deliver services — and we’re looking for a Systems Engineer who’s ready to join us on that journey.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to technical lead and systems champion across core platforms — configuring, maintaining, and improving the systems that underpin service delivery. This is a hands-on engineering and systems administration role, where you'll be responsible for Richmind WA’s business applications and system integrations - perform tasks such as designing workflows, manage integrations, support users, and drive digital change.

A snapshot of your day-to-day:

• Configure, and optimise Salesforce and SharePoint environments (including systems integrations) and perform the ongoing administration and maintenance of these systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop and implement technical solutions and automated workflows to optimise user experience and service delivery
• Manage user permissions and troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with vendors where required to resolve performance concerns.
• Support and improve additional platforms like ELMO and NetSuite
• Maintain clear documentation, user guides, and process flows
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and cyber security standards
• Promote continuous improvement and system innovation

Is This You?

You’re a hands-on problem solver with deep technical capability and a collaborative mindset. You thrive in environments where tech drives purpose, and your work enables people to do their best.

You’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualification or 5+ years’ experience in systems engineering, administration, or enterprise platforms
• Strong hands-on technical experience with Salesforce and/or SharePoint administration/development (certs a plus!)
• Familiarity with NetSuite, ELMO or similar enterprise tools (nice to have)
• An understanding of system integration, security, and cloud architecture
• Experience supporting business users and translating technical concepts
• A continuous improvement mindset — and the motivation to make a difference

Lived experience of mental health recovery or as a family member of someone on a recovery journey is welcomed and highly valued at Richmind WA.
