We're currently seeking experienced Mental Health Clinicians to join both Acute Response (AR) and Triage teams in a well-established mental health service. These are fantastic opportunities for agency staff looking for a dynamic and collaborative environment.

🧠 About the Roles
Acute Response Clinician:
Provide responsive, consumer-focused care to individuals experiencing acute mental health episodes. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, manage risk, and implement evidence-based interventions-all while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Triage Clinician:
Be the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health support via a telephone-based triage model. You'll play a crucial role in screening, assessing, and directing care across adult, CAMHS, aged, and dual diagnosis streams.

✅ What You'll Need:

For AR Team:

Current AHPRA registration (OT OR Psych) or AASW registration (Social Worker)

Experience in acute mental health or community settings essential

Proven ability in comprehensive mental state & risk assessment

Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and recovery-oriented practice

Full Victorian driver's license

• Post Grad Certificate in mental health essential

For Triage Team:

Minimum 5 years' experience in mental health

Strong triage and risk formulation skills

Post Grad Certificate in mental health essential

Experience working with diverse populations including dual diagnosis

Familiarity with State-wide Psychiatric Triage Scale and national standards

Willingness to work a rotating 24/7 roster (including overnight shifts)

• Current AHPRA registration (OT OR Psych) or AASW registration (Social Worker)
