Evolve Gardens and Landscaping is a long-established Ballina Based Garden/Landscape Maintenance Business who work daily in the beautiful Northern Rivers

About the role

You will be working in a team environment with the opportunity to increase your skill set, given the large variety of projects / tasks we undertake.

Our major clients are based in Byron Bay and Ballina where the objective is to maintain and improve the landscape.

Our Landscaping projects supplement our core maintenance work and provide opportunities for upskilling and variety.

There is some lawnmowing involved however it is only approx 25% of our workload

Benefits and perks

We generally start between 7 and 8 and finish between 3 and 4.30, very rarely do we work Saturdays but occasionally its needed.

You may want to attend TAFE one day a week to upskill and we are happy to discuss options around this.

Skills and experience

An established history in the industry is preferred however we are open to talking with candidates from backgrounds with different skill sets.

Ideally 2+ years of landscaping experience, though we'll consider candidates with relevant transferable skills

You are punctual, well presented, honest and have an eye for detail.

Our workplace culture is one of positivity and open mindedness.

A manual driver's license, the ability to tow a trailer is essential, we also work in aged care facilities, so a police check is required.

Must pass Police Check and Working with Children Check due to work in aged care facilities

Experience with landscaping equipment including ride-on mowers, hedge trimmers, and power tools

Physical fitness required - able to lift up to 25kg and work outdoors in various weather conditions
