Are you a skilled Tax Accountant looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our high-profile accounting practice with offices in Corowa, NSW, and Wangaratta, VIC, and additional office space in Albury. We are a regional CPA practice with a team of over 20 professionals, offering a comprehensive approach to business advisory, accounting, financial planning, compliance, and specialist superannuation services.

About the Role

The full-time position involves:

Managing your own client list

Consulting directly with clients on tax and business-related matters

Preparing financial accounts, tax returns, BAS, and IAS returns

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

Enjoy working in a team environment

Have 5+ years of public practice experience

Be experienced in preparing financial statements and tax returns using Xero software

Be able to work independently with limited supervision

Have experience with SMSF (advantageous but not essential)

Key Skills and Attributes

Excellent communication skills

Friendly, outgoing personality with a sense of humour

Strong computer skills and experience with Xero and Xero add-ons

Ability to build and maintain close client relationships

Formal qualifications are essential for this role
