The qualities of a successful candidate:

Previous experience in a food and beverage environment

Sound knowledge of food and wine

Queensland RSA (must have prior to start)

Bar and barista experience an advantage

Conference and banquet experience an advantage

Polished personal presentation

Excellent communication skills - absolutely essential!

Excellent attention to detail

Positive and enthusiastic attitude
