Lucretia Group is a leading lighting design company based in Bayswater, specializing in premium architectural and custom lighting solutions. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and quick-learning warehouse team member to join our logistics and operations department.

Position Highlights:

Casual role with a consistent 4–5 days per week schedule

Hourly rate: $35–$38 (depending on experience)

Clean and organized working environment with a friendly team

Exposure to lighting industry logistics and shipping platforms

Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders based on sales instructions

Book freight through StarTrack, Capital Transport, and lighting-specific carriers

Read and interpret Excel packing lists to ensure accurate order handling

Assist with after-sales processing, returns, and occasional customer pickups

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse at all times

Occasionally assist with phone calls or walk-in customer support when needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in warehousing or logistics preferred

Able to read and understand Excel spreadsheets (e.g., packing lists, manifests)

Familiarity with—or willingness to learn—freight booking systems such as StarTrack and Capital

Basic computer literacy and good comprehension skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling tasks independently

Experience with pallet stackers or warehouse equipment preferred (no license required)
