Your Role: As a Senior OT or Physio, you will:

• Deliver personalised therapy services across a diverse caseload (NDIS and aged care clients)
• Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans tailored to individual client goals
• Support clients with functional rehabilitation, mobility, independence, and daily living skills
• Provide equipment recommendations, home modifications, and assistive tech prescriptions (OTs)
• Deliver manual therapy, strength and conditioning, pain management, and functional mobility training (Physios)
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for holistic care
• Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to junior clinicians
• Maintain high standards in documentation, communication, and client outcomes

More About You:

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
• Minimum 2 years' experience in NDIS, aged care, or community health
• Confident communicator who builds rapport with clients and colleagues
• Skilled in delivering therapy aligned with individual goals and funding frameworks
• Motivated to mentor and support junior team members
• Holds a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (or access to a company car)
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
