Account Manager – Commercial Broking

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial clients
• Deliver tailored broking solutions across ISR, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Motor, Construction, and more
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser
• Work alongside senior leaders on strategy, client development, and business initiatives
• Lead compliance and process improvements to support exceptional service delivery

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking
• Solid technical knowledge and confidence managing complex risk profiles
• RG146 and Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) required
• Strong commercial acumen, relationship management skills, and a collaborative approach
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in leadership or mentoring
