As the warehouse Storeperson, you’ll be

The role

The handling of inventory, including picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.

Taking ownership of the warehouse, rearranging stock for space utilisation and operational efficiency.

Identify and implement process improvements for greater productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Unload goods safely from containers, including forklift operations

Conduct stocktakes

Investigate and resolve service failures, damages, or stock discrepancies

Occasional on-road deliveries

Maintain high warehouse housekeeping standards

Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards and company policies.

Skills & Experience

Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse best practices.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.

Understanding of WHS, manual handling, and workplace safety regulations.

Proficient in computers and willing to learn warehouse systems.

A valid forklift licence or be willing to obtain one.

Ability to safely lift heavy cartons and rolls.

Must have a current, valid driver’s licence.

Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check and pre-employment physical assessment screening as part of the standard conditions of employment.
