About the Role
Our client is a leading Australian radiopharmaceutical manufacturer who are eager to expand their team with a new Service Technician/Graduate Engineer.
This is a permanent opportunity that would suit someone with;

• Qualifications in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or relevant trade certificates
• Experience in workshops, maintenance, repairs or handyman work
• A mechanical mindset
• Graduates with labouring experience or experience operating hand and power tools are encouraged to apply

Duties of this role include;

• Maintain, repair, install and monitor all plant equipment and tools on site,
• Document your work and monitor inventory.
• IT support
• Data base entry and quality checks

This role is based at their Brisbane site but will require some travel interstate. This role will also require you to work some weekends and be on call at times, once fully trained.

Skills & Experience:

• A Bachelor degree in Engineering, trade certificates or relevant work experience in a similar role;
• Experience operating hand and power tools;
• A mechanical mind with a strong ability to fix and repair equipment;
• Have a proactive, customer-focussed attitude;
• Have strong communication skills to provide technical information to internal and external stakeholders;
• Experience using a Multimeter and reading circuit diagrams highly advantageous;
• Experience with AutoCAD or equivalent highly advantageous;
• Programming experience highly advantageous;
• Be able to pass a medical and criminal history check;
• Full working rights and no visa restrictions.
