Espresso Doctor' has two full-time position available as Service Technician based in our Brisbane office.

Workshop technician

Monday to Friday

8-4.30

weekend work /on call roster optional

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair faults in a wide range of commercial coffee machines and equipment

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on client coffee machines to pre-empt and prevent issues

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, building strong relationships

Record all service activities and maintain accurate technical documentation

Work closely with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements

Maintain a safe and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations

What we're looking for

troubleshooting and repair skills

Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills to liaise with clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets

Adaptable and eager to learn, keeping up with the latest coffee equipment and industry trends

Clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
