Maintenance Fitter – Day Shift – $54.50/hr – Crestmead

Our client, a well-established industry leader in the supply of electrical cables, is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join their team in Crestmead.

About the Role:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm

Pay Rate: $54.50 per hour

Location: Crestmead

Type: Ongoing day shift with opportunity for permanent placement

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Manage spare parts inventory and complete AMPRO updates

Liaise with contractors and report to the Manufacturing Manager

Support a team of fitters and boilermakers with task allocation and job prioritisation

What We're Looking For:

Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter with strong mechanical aptitude

Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems is essential

Computer literacy – AMPRO and MS Office experience preferred

Valid forklift licence required

Reliable, self-motivated and safety-focused
