About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong Business Development capabilities to join our team. This role combines technical engineering insight with client-facing responsibilities to identify and secure new business opportunities. You’ll play a key part in driving strategic growth while ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and offer tailored civil engineering solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth goals

About You

Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with experience in infrastructure, ground engineering, or construction

Proven experience in business development, client engagement, or technical sales.

Self-driven and organised, able to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
