Facility Manager - Aged Care - Relocate to Brisbane!

Here at Project Recruit Health we are recruiting for an experienced Facility Manager for very well staffed, large Aged Care Facility in Brisbane.

This position would suit someone who has at least 2 years experience as an Aged Care Facility Manager with very good leadership skills and experience managing large homes.

Overview:

Large premium Aged Care facility

NFP provider = salary packaging benefits

Salary $155 - $165k + super

Relocation assistance can be discussed for those relocating from interstate

Very strong leadership team

Low turnover of staff

Requirements:

AHPRA Registered Nurse is essential

Previous experience as a CM/FM working in another state other than QLD - essential

Experience overseeing a large home

A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience.

Solid understanding of the Aged Care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.

Commitment to customer service and a passion for making a difference to the lives of the residents.

Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
