We are currently seeking a dynamic secretary/paralegal to provide support to our legal practice on a full-time basis working with our commercial law and estate planning team. This a permanent position.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and show a high level of attention to detail whilst maintaining a personable, friendly and charismatic attitude as the first impression to our clients upon entering and contacting our business.

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Answering and directing telephone calls.

Open and close files.

Organise meetings and appointments.

Meet and greet and liaise with all clients as well as be a positive ambassador for the practice.

Photocopying and scanning of documents.

Diary management.

Housekeeping duties.

Handling confidential information with professionalism.

General administrative duties such as filing, photocopy, scanning & binding.

Generating & editing correspondence.

Archive and file management.

Providing support to our commercial and estate planning team lawyers.
