About the opportunity:

Succession Lawyers looking to focus in complex Estate Planning and Estate Administration work will thrive in this role. With a highly experienced team leader at the helm of this team, you can look forward to managing your own files and providing support to your team that works together collaboratively.

With a separate Team who manages Estate Litigation matters, this role is ideally suited to an Estate Planning and Administration enthusiast. No need to go to court here!

You can expect the work to involve:

advising clients on estate planning, including the succession of trust structures and SMSFs.

advising clients on business succession planning.

drafting wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, grant applications, and letters of administration.

managing estate administration, from asset realisation to distribution.

providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice to clients.

You will need to be a Senior Succession Lawyer with:

Around 10 years PAE,

Proven Estate Planning and Estate Administration experience;

Experience mentoring junior lawyers;

Advanced drafting skills with attention to detail; and

An excellent work ethic.
