What You'll Be Selling:

Team 1 – Solar & Battery Solutions:

Solar Panels

Battery Storage
Take advantage of strong federal and state rebates that make solar and battery packages highly affordable for homeowners.

Team 2 – Electrification & Heat Pump Solutions:

Heat Pump Hot Water Systems

Energy-Efficient Reverse Cycle Air Conditioners (VRF / Multi Split Systems)
Backed by government rebates, these systems offer customers significant energy savings and year-round comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert warm leads into sales

Educate homeowners on government rebates and product benefits

Handle objections and build strong customer relationships

Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve KPIs

Ideal Candidate:

Previous sales experience (phone-based or face-to-face) highly regarded

Solar, battery, VEU, or heat pump experience preferred but not essential

Strong closer with excellent communication skills

Driven, KPI-focused, and resilient

Passion for renewable energy and helping customers save

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to achieve sales targets
