The Village Baxter Community Care Team provides funded and private In-Home services throughout the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula area and is looking for a Community Services Manager.

The Community Services Manager forms part of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Home Care Services Department, which works to assist clients in living independently in their homes and community, in a dignified and safe manner. This role plays a critical part in facilitating and coordinating provision of Home Care services which are of optimal quality, highly flexible and responsive to client’s needs.

The successful applicant will have:

AHPRA registration as RN, with at least three years’ experience in a leadership role

Industry knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care standards, understand the industry-based changes coming in November 2025.

Be familiar with clinical governance and risk profiling residents needs

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills

A commitment to excellence and high-quality care

An ability to work independently and within a team structure and support and manage a team of staff, both clinical and non-clinical staff

Current unrestricted Victorian Drivers Licence and roadworthy insured vehicle preferred
