We’re on the lookout for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as 1st Year Apprentices — with opportunities available in both factory and site-based roles.

This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in a high-quality trade environment, whether you're interested in working on-site installing windows and doors or in the workshop helping to fabricate them.

We’re Looking to Fill Two Apprentice Roles:

Installer Apprentice – working on-site around Sydney, assisting in the installation of our doors, windows and skylights.

Factory Apprentice – working in our Factory, based out of Rouse Hill, assisting with fabrication and assembly.

Note: These roles may overlap from time to time, presenting the opportunity to experience different parts of the business, gain a broader skillset and open up more career opportunities as you grow with us.

What We’re Looking For

Genuine interest in learning a trade – carpentry, glazing, fabrication or installation

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

Good attitude, punctuality, honesty and reliability

Confidence working with hand and power tools (or a willingness to learn)

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and comfortable with hands-on work

White Card (or willingness to obtain one)

Current Driver’s Licence and own transport to get to site or factory

What You'll Be Doing

Learning and assisting with the installation OR fabrication of aluminium windows, doors and skylights on-site. At times, this may be both.

Using tools and equipment safely under supervision

Reading and interpreting basic plans and instructions

Helping keep work areas clean, organised and safe for all staff

Being a reliable, positive part of the team every day
