Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Trading Production Engineering team
• Oversee system uptime, incident response, and operational excellence
• Own the incident lifecycle - from live resolution to long-term prevention
• Drive improvements in deployment pipelines, automation, and monitoring
• Ensure production readiness for new markets and system changes
• Manage colocation environments and optimise system performance

Your Skills:

• Proven experience leading application support, technical operations, , or production teams
• Background in real-time, distributed systems (ideally in trading or finance)
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Confident in managing global support models and cross-regional coordination
• Calm, pragmatic communicator who thrives under pressure
