The Role:

• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 130 residential properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections with the assistance of 2 leasing consultants
• Coordinate maintenance requests and property repairs
• Perform regular rent reviews and lease renewals
• Prepare and lodge rental bond claims

The Person:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar Property Management role
• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• A professional, well-presented manner with a positive team spirit
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
