Roles We’re Hiring For
We have multiple full-time vacancies across key technical departments:
Fabrication & Welding (MIG & TIG) – interpret drawings, operate jigs and fixtures, deliver precise welds
Grinding / Prep Work – deburring, finishing, and prepping enclosures with the chance to upskill into welding
CNC Salvagnini Machine Operation – automated sheet metal cutting, bending and forming
Gasket Machine Operation – precision-focused, attention to detail, consistent hands-on work
Assembly & Fit-Out – mechanical and electrical assembly from manufacturing drawings
Powder Coating – surface preparation, racking components, powdercoat application
What We’re Looking For
Previous metalwork, welding, or machine operation experience (bonus if you’ve worked in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing)
Mechanically minded with good problem-solving and tool-handling skills
Willingness to cross-train across multiple production areas
Reliable transport and ability to pass a pre-employment medical + drug/alcohol screening
Shifts
Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Mon – Fri)
Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm (Mon – Fri)
Overtime available based on production
