🍰 Skilled Process Workers Wanted – Join a Leading Food Manufacturer 🍰
📍 Location: Morningside, QLD
💰 Pay Rate: $33.40/hr (Level 4 – Food & Beverage Award)
🕐 Hours: Minimum 32 hours/week (up to 38 when busy)
📅 Contract: Temp-to-Perm (3 months temp with view to permanent)

👩‍🏭 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor food production equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow batch recipes accurately including mixing, portioning, and presentation steps
• Assist with base preparation and product finishing
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report issues promptly
• Maintain hygiene standards through thorough cleaning of equipment and work areas
• Record production and cleaning activities using correct documentation
• Handle raw materials and use trolleys/skateboards to move stock safely
• Follow food safety guidelines in line with HACCP/WQA standards
• Support general plant duties including training, stock movement, and admin paperwork

✅ About You:

• Proven experience in food production or processing roles
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Ability to work safely around machinery and ingredients
• Flexible with start and finish times between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• A team player with good attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
