About us:

- Driving Change: Play a key role in the creation, development, and execution of strategies and initiatives that enable the ODPP to meet its responsibilities under
workplace health and safety legislation, as well as the Psychosocial Safety in the Workplace Code of Practice. - Staff Education and Support: Actively engage and educate staff about the resources and services available, empowering them to identify, prevent, and address safety risks.
- Victim-Centric Services: Provide expert, professional advice on social welfare and psychological support services in line with the Charter of Victims' Rights. Your work will ensure continued quality support for victims of crime, including guidance for Victim Liaison Officers and prosecutorial staff on managing trauma and fostering improved communication with victims.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a dynamic and skilled professional who can demonstrate:
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in supporting services like counselling, education, or social welfare—particularly in the context of workplace psychosocial safety.

- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities to liaise effectively with diverse staff and stakeholders.
- Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to analyse data, prepare detailed reports, and use findings to drive change and advocate for enhancements in practice.
- Ethical and Inclusive Approach: Demonstrated commitment to professional and ethical standards, with a strong appreciation for diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency, ideally gained in a frontline or client-focused role.
