Position Overview:
This role is a key role in our business. It's for someone who thrives on challenging projects and can hit the ground running. You’ll be working hands-on with Laravel and Vue.js to build scalable, secure features and ensure a top-notch user experience. Your proven experience in complex projects will be critical as you drive our platform forward in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Development: Build and maintain core features using Laravel and Vue.js.

System Optimization: Design and optimize backend APIs while crafting dynamic, user-friendly frontends.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to roll out impactful features.

Quality Assurance: Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Problem Solving: Debug and resolve complex issues to keep our platform robust and reliable.

Qualifications:

Proven track record with 6 years or more experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Laravel and Vue.js.

Extensive experience working on large-scale, complex projects.

Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Solid grasp of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Passion for building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development practices.

Very nice to Have:

Familiarity with complex integrations and payroll systems.

Experience working with large-scale SaaS applications in the payroll or employee management space.

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.

UI/UX design experience and an eye for creating user-friendly applications.
