Monaco Apartments Caloundra, located in the heart of the town, is looking for housekeepers to join our amazing team.

Our complex comprises of one, two and three-bedroom, self-contained apartments.

We are offering a Casual Housekeeping position for a 7-day roster, including school holidays and some public holidays. Experience preferred.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking applicants with a strong eye for detail. Our guests have high expectations, and it all starts in the apartments, making our Housekeepers an important and essential part of our business.

Daily tasks include:

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms including (but not limited to) stripping and changing beds, cleaning kitchens, cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, vacuuming, and mopping - all to a high-quality standard.

• Dusting, polishing, and maintaining furniture, lamps and fixtures.

• Working in a team environment.

• Reporting maintenance issues to Management.

Requirements:

• Exceptional cleaning skills and being comfortable whilst performing different kinds of cleaning duties

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Initiative

• A professional, positive attitude

• An eye for detail, proactive and ability to work within a team

• A general understanding of all areas within the housekeeping department

• Flexible, reliable and able to meet challenges in a proficient manner
