Join our team as a Heavy-Duty General Cleaner/Room Attendant with the opportunity to progress to a Supervisor Role for the right candidate.

Location: The Peninsula Riverside Serviced Apartments

Position: Casual-leading to Permanent Part time with a minimum of 30 hours/week

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Primarily-

Heavy duty general and deep cleaning as required

Managing large linen trolleys and waste disposal

Cleaning public areas

Operate carpet cleaner

Window cleaning

Secondary-

Clean and maintain guest rooms to a high standard

Restock Amenities and report any maintenance issues

Ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests

What we are looking for:

Able to carry out heavy work

Excellent communication skills- spoken and written

Competent in Excel and Word

Attention to detail and time management

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Friendly, trustworthy and dependable

Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role.

Flexibility to work on weekdays/weekends and public holidays

Ability to complete a pre-employment medical

Ability to provide a Police Clearance acceptable to us

Ability to lawfully work in Australia.
