Relative Care is a reputable NDIS and Aged Care provider, established for over 8 years, providing excellence in home care services in the Central Coast community. We are expanding our NDIS and Aged Care services and have an exciting permanent part time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse you'll be part of an experienced and dedicated team helping to create a professional and supportive care experience for our Aged Care and NDIS clients in their homes. You'll provide clinical leadership and education for staff which includes Coordinators, Case Managers, Enrolled Nurses and Community Support Workers. You'll provide holistic in-home nursing care and follow client care plans, conducting assessments and responding in a timely manner to client's changing health care needs.

Ideally, you'll possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as a teaching qualification or can demonstrate a willingness to undertake study towards this qualification.

To be successful in this role you will require:

current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA

experience in providing community nursing care for Aged Care and NDIS clients

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or able to obtain)

Valid current NSW drivers’ license

Completion of the mandatory NDIS Worker Orientation Module “Quality, Safety and You” (or able to complete)

Evidence of COVID Vaccinations, or a valid exemption
