The Novotel Vines Resort located in the picturesque Swan Valley in Western Australia is a 194 hotel room, apartment and executive suites Resort that boasts a 36 hole golf course and multiple food and beverage outlets.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our team.

Reporting to the Chief Engineer this varied role requires you to assist in maintaining the building, fixtures and fittings throughout the Resort to the required standard.

The successful applicant will be responsible for;

Undertaking general repairs and maintenance as well as preventative programs throughout the Resort.

Previous pool maintenance

Presentation and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas.

Performing duties relevant to experience and trade as applicable and also perform other maintenance related tasks as required.

Assisting other team members in the completion of their duties.

General building maintenance.

Monthly and weekly projects.

The successful applicant will have;

Organisational skills and time management skills

Capable of working well within a team and also working alone.

Attention to detail and high quality standards.

Previous experience in a similar role or the ability to demonstrate skills required to be successful in this role.

Must be self motivated with neat presentation.

Trade certificate desirable but not essential.

A full drivers licence.

Full working rights.

Required to work occasional weekend shifts when required.
