Legeneering is currently in search of experienced Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Coordinators to join our seconded team, supporting a Tier 1 oil and gas client. These positions will offer an exciting opportunity to become part of a high functioning, team that maintain strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and have a proud history of being selected to work for the client directly.

We currently have multiple roles available, all immediate start with short-term and long-term contract durations.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to

Interface with engineering teams and scope owners to categorise scope and prioritise according to maintenance / turnaround priorities.

Facilitate scope development and screening sessions.

Steward engineering contractors and monitor delivery.

Support development of cost estimates and schedule(s) using norms and unit rates.

Development and coordination of Project Execution Plan(s).

Coordinate delivery of scope sheets and workpacks.

Contractor interface and management.

Manage and schedule maintenance plans to align with required timeframes.

Schedule to optimise efficiency in resource optimisation, aiming to maximise delivery and minimise waste.

Confer with department coordinators on changes and adjustments to resource estimates.

Position Requirements

5+ years related industry experience in Oil & Gas Industry Background (Highly desirable)

Formal Mechanical Engineering Degree or Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certificate

Extensive knowledge of oil and gas piping systems and valves or knowledge and experience related to the design, fabrication and coating of offshore structures.

Strong understanding of maintenance and best practices, including preventative and corrective maintenance.

Estimating / Coordination Experience is desirable.

Previous SAP Experience highly desirable .

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to demonstrate an understanding of cultural awareness, cultural safety, cultural respect, sensitivity and respect of issues as it relates to First Nations communities and individuals

The ability to pass a workplace medical assessment (including drug and alcohol screening)
