The Role
This newly created CRM & Loyalty Specialist role offers an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of ATP Science’s CRM channel, one that currently drives a significant portion of eCommerce revenue. You'll be the go-to expert for building, executing and optimising campaigns and lifecycle automations via Klaviyo, while also managing and enhancing the brand's loyalty program through Okendo. The role will work closely with the broader marketing and eCommerce team to drive personalisation, segmentation and conversion across a growing customer database.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the CRM campaign calendar, including weekly email and SMS campaigns.
- Build, implement and optimise lifecycle automations (e.g. welcome flows, cart abandonment, post-purchase).
- Utilise advanced segmentation strategies to drive engagement, retention and repeat purchases.
- Maintain and grow the loyalty program within Okendo, optimising user flows and campaign performance.
- Write and/or adapt copy with support from AI tools, aligning tone to ATP Science’s unique mix of science-backed authority and brand relatability.
- Manage and brief creative assets as needed, including liaising with in-house Graphic Designer, Photographer and Videographer.
- Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics such as open rate, CTR, CVR, AOV and lifetime value.
- Localise and adapt campaigns for key geographies (AU & UK) and manage new international flows.
The Experience Required
- 3 years’ experience in a tactical role across CRM, Email Marketing or Loyalty, ideally in an eCommerce or consumer brand environment.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms.
- Comfortable with writing, editing and proofreading campaign content.
- Working knowledge of customer segmentation and lifecycle journey mapping.
- Basic Canva knowledge of content creation/editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify, loyalty platforms like Okendo/Yotpo and eCommerce analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated and data-driven.
