What Are We Hunting For?

We're on the lookout for an experienced New Business Developer to join our team and drive growth across Northern Rivers and South East Queensland.

If you've got a solid understanding of the spirits & RTD industry, and you're a natural relationship-builder who thrives on the road and behind the bar, this is for you.

Your Mission as New Business Account Manager:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our on- and off-premise presence

Hit the road 2–3 days per week to connect with venues and drive conversions

Use a mix of methods: venue-to-venue visits, tastings, cold calls, casual drop-ins, presentations, and events

Identify, chase and secure new business; you're a true sales hunter

Bring creative and engaging sales tactics to your customer base

Build charismatic, long-lasting relationships (be memorable for all the right reasons!)

Understand and evaluate our brand position and customer needs in the trade

Hit individual and team sales targets with confidence

Be a wizard with point-of-sale tools and visual merchandising

Keep our CRM squeaky clean with detailed logging of all calls, visits, and interactions

Attend team meetings, tastings, events, and training when needed

Share ideas and feedback; we're all about collaboration and continual improvement

What You'll Need to Join the Ride:

A valid driver's licence

Experience working with a CRM system (e.g. logging calls, emails, visits)

A proven sales track record, don't be shy; show us what you've achieved

Solid knowledge of sales pipelines and techniques

Strong computer and communication skills

A sense of ownership and pride in your results. We're a game-changing brand, and we want game-changers on the team

Passion for building and growing brands

Critical thinking and problem-solving chops, you're quick on your feet and full of solutions
